Just seen this doing the rounds on the twitters. Kinda don't want to rip it to shreds just in case Putin is deranged enough to worry about it. But on the other hand what if our great and powerful feel they're protected by this mind shield and choose to risk more provocative action.

Reminds me of a couple of friends who had a bet on whether the Queen mother could live forever. They shook hands on the deal before one of them realised that he could never collect on the bet.
Similarly if we're not reduced to the stone age in radioactive hellfire then Uri can claim victory but if he's wrong then Uri's reputation is not going to be a priority for many of the survivors.
