One of the first things I do on-line each day is to check the newspaper front pages displayed on the BBC News website, to get a flavour of the main issues. There is one newspaper which I have never read, but it's the only one whose headlines ever prompt a grin for their sheer cheek: the Daily Star!

Yep. There is acceptable behaviour (soldier kills enemy in battle). Then there is behaviour which is unacceptable but still falls within certain understandable boundaries (someone commits murder for financial gain). Then there is Trump - who not only commits murder whenever he feels like it, he then sues the relatives of his victims for damage to his mental health.
