View active topics

How can I set the forum to always just take me into active topics? The other one did...am I being daft?

Try changing your bookmark for the forum.

The standard one of

http://skepsforum.prophpbb.com

will take you to the homepage.

Change it to

http://skepsforum.prophpbb.com/search.p ... ive_topics

and it should take you straight to the "View active topics" page.

... could be added to a couple more screens? They are only on the Board Index screen as far as I can see.

It seems that it's a feature of the "Prosilver" style, which is the default for the forum, that these links only appear on the Board Index screen. If you change to one of the "Subsilver" styles ("Subsilver2" is the closest to the default style), then these links appear on all pages.

search.php?search_id=active_topics is the new link, otherwise the link is available under the "Quick Links" Menu on the top-left of the forum
